Wholesale Order Table

Wholesale Order Table Premium turns your WooCommerce store into a fast order form. Customers see all products in one table, enter quantities and add everything to the cart at once. It suits wholesale, B2B and recurring orders with many products.

You choose which product data to show as columns, for example attributes, tags, images, SKU, tax class, unit price and package price. In the admin you drag and drop the columns, then arrange and resize them.

Installation

1. Download the plugin from your Arosoft Dashboard
2. Navigate to Plugins → Add New
3. Click Upload Plugin
4. Click Choose File and select the .zip
5. Click Install Now
6. Deactivate the free version of Wholesale Order Table (if activated)
7. Click Activate Plugin

Update of new version

• Download the new version from your Arosoft Dashboard
• Install the new version as above.

Getting Started

The settings are found under WooCommerce → Settings → Wholesale Order Table Premium.

To replace the WooCommerce shop page with the order table, enable Override shop page (Show the Order Table at shop page?). You can also show the products grouped by category on the shop page, with or without the category description.

Shortcode [ordertable]

Show the order table on any page with the shortcode [ordertable].

Argument	Example	Description
categories	[ordertable categories="category-a, category-b"]	Only show products from these category slugs. Categories are shown in the order they are written.
tags	[ordertable tags="tag A, tag B"]	Only show products with these tags.
limit	[ordertable limit="15"]	Number of products per page.
orderby	[ordertable orderby="title"]	Sort order, see the list below.
show_categories	[ordertable show_categories="true"]	Group the products under their category titles.
show_category_description	[ordertable show_categories="true" show_category_description="true"]	Show the category description along with the title.

Values for orderby:

• title – the product title (default)
• date – the date the product was published
• id – the product ID
• menu_order – the menu order, lower numbers first
• popularity – number of purchases
• rand – random order on each page load
• rating – average product rating
• sku – the product SKU

On the shop page, the number of products per page is set under Appearance → Customize → WooCommerce → Product Catalog: products per row × rows per page.

Unit price and package size

In wholesale it is often useful to show the price per consumer unit, even when you sell whole packages.

1. Create a product attribute for the package size (for example Package size with the value 12) and add it to your products.
2. In the column settings, choose that attribute as Product attribute to use as “Package Size”. You can also choose an attribute to use as Product Unit.
3. Add the column Unit Price. It is calculated automatically from the price and the package size.

Table columns

Under Table Column Settings you choose the columns of the table, for example product image, title, SKU, attributes, tags, tax class, unit price, package price and quantity. Drag and drop to change the order. If you want to set the column widths yourself, enable manual column widths and resize the columns.

Display options

Setting	Description
Choose Table Style	Standard Style or Use Theme Style.
Expand categories as default?	Show the categories expanded when the table loads.
Confirm quantity input	Show a “checked” icon when a product is added.
Show stock level warning	Warn when the quantity is higher than the available stock.
Title suffix	Add a suffix to the title of variable products: no suffix, the variation description or the variation attributes.
Product Image Size	Small, normal or large product images.
Table header & footer	Make the table header and footer sticky.
Link product title to product page	Link each product title to its product page.
Sale Badge	Show the sale badge for products on sale.
Hide the increment buttons	Hide the +/− buttons in the quantity field.
Allow decimal quantities	Allow decimal values in the quantity field.
Checkout button text, Clear Cart button text, Packages label text	Override the default texts.
User Visibility	Control who can see the order table.

Compatibility

• Works with the WooCommerce block checkout.
• Respects minimum and maximum quantities from other plugins, and warns if a variable product needs a selection before it can be added.
• Delivery areas can be drawn on a map with Shipping Zones by Drawing.
